Same constraint as dental and med spa: a chiropractic clinic can never confirm someone is a patient or add clinical detail in a public reply. Chiro adds its own wrinkle, ongoing-treatment patients often leave reviews mid-course, so a reply must stay generic even when the star rating references treatment that hasn't concluded.
